When you support our local greenhouse and nursery growers, you get fresh, high-quality products that support local farm jobs, farmland preservation, and farm-related benefits like scenic views and wildlife habitat.  Also, these locally grown products don’t require long-distance transportation, which uses more gasoline and leads to more air pollution than products grown and sold in our local area.
