Spring Onion & Green Garlic Dip

1/2 c. green garlic, bulb and green stem, chopped
1/2 c. spring onion, green portion only, chopped
1 c. plain greek yogurt
1 c. goat cheese or feta
1/4 c. extra-virgin olive oil, plus extra for flatbread
1 lemon, juiced and grated lemon zest
2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
Salt and Pepper

Place green garlic, spring onions, oil, lemon juice, and zest in a food processor and process until smooth. Add the cheese and yogurt and process until combined and smooth. Scrape the mixture into a bowl and garnish with additional green onions. Preheat grill or oven. Brush flatbread with remaining oil and season with salt and pepper, to taste. Grill for 1 minute per side or until lightly golden brown, or place in oven 5-7 minutes until warm and lightly crisps. Cut into triangles and serve with Spring Onion & Green Garlic Dip.
